You are so fortunate to have a band buddy close to you. I can’t find a single solitary person close to me. LOL I am so glad you had fun at the meet and greet. You have such great topics. I have overeaten a few times myself. It’s too easy to do when eating out. Funny, how things change after being banded. Thank you for all your videos!

Hey girl, I kno that I’ve never had lap band surg befor but ur vids are so helpful to me. It’s jus as important for me not to over eat, but I find myself doing it often. Thanx for being so helpful and forth coming.
