ok, im going to tell u a EASY way… Adderal, or if thats how u spell it, try and find some1 who sells it, a side affect is not being hungry, you can go almost all day without feeling hungry, just make sure you still eat tho, take a adderal in morning with oatmeal, then at the end of the day eat a dinner, with salads veggies, and meats only.

when you stop eating, your body hold on to your fat b/c it’s the body’s way of protecting it’s self… eat 5 small meals a day and get active… and tell me what you think in a month… i promise this will work, but go to your doctor before you start any excerise for your health. =] Good luck

Thats not normal, the average of a 15 year old boy is 90 – 100 pounds the girl is 80 – 90. A good thing would to be gain more muscle.

Thats help? haha, The truth to getting skinny is this, Watch what you eat work out at least 30 mins – 1 hour a day simply running outside, Cardio(Punching bag,treadmill,) Muscle workouts Bowflex Weight lifting. These steps will loose you alot of weight if your in danger to be overweight.

What happened to self-respect, being healthy, and having self-control? It’s resorting to a state that is worse than an animal because you can’t control your own desires i.e. food, sloth. There’s shouldn’t be a logical/rational way of thinking that being fat is o.k. Saying you love it may be rather a state of ignorance because it implies there’s no desire to become healthy (fat = unhealthy, try to debate, that’d be interesting or radical)

the cure is to eat less. people need to learn diciprin… just like an alchoholic needs to drink less. its all about diciprin. i dont **** fat people but unless you have a real disease, you get what you have comming. The fact that obesity is so common that it has become almost an epidemic is pathetic.

how can you say that? i’m 20, 6′0, and 312 lbs. i went for orientation today for my new job and i’m sure i don’t have to tell you how embarrassing it is to try and get fitted for a uniform, my waist is 48 and my jobs sizes only go up to 46, their shirts only go up to 3xl and i’m a 4xl sometimes a 5xl, so now, i’m stuck wearing a small uniform and too tight pants and it *****.

i was 250 pounds in high school
now, 2 years later, im 205, and about 6″1, 6″2 i dunno, i don’t regularly measure my height lol…
anyway, if you drop eating habits one at a time, and start working out slowly, more and more, its not hard to gradually, and healthily, and reasonbly lose weight…
20 more pounds to go and then im probably done losing..

i am 18 yars old and pretty big. but because of my height and body i dont look very fat. i am like 2 meters tall and big boned but i am fat. when i tell people my weight the go WOOOT!? i weigh like 130 – 140 kilograms. but it is really boring and hard to be fat. everything is painfull. shopping clothes and walk, run. its not fun at all and NOBODY wants this i promise

not all obesity is caused by sugar.. it can be caused by over eating. also, you can over eat on healthy food. Also, cooking your own food rather than processed food is better, if its cooked well. and you cant loose wait fast and easy. it takes 6 weeks ore more to even see a result of loosing weight.
