I’m afraid it’s more complicated than that. Granted, a healthy diet and exercise is ideal but what does that truly mean? It’s all relative to the individual. Their are many other factors such as genetics, environment, socioeconomic and psychological elements to consider. What is needed is more science and less generalizing of this condition.

could you please explain to me why proffesional sports people such as marathon runners, footballers etc are not obese????
and why there are very few obese starving africans?
